Services
| Service | What you get |
|---|---|
| Systematic reviews | A systematic review is not a long literature summary. It is a structured method that begins with a focused question and follows a transparent process for identifying, selecting, appraising and synthesising evidence. |
| Meta-analysis | A meta-analysis is not producing a forest plot. The pooled estimate is only useful if the question, studies, outcomes, effect measures, assumptions and interpretation are appropriate. |
| Evidence synthesis | For questions that need more than a literature summary but may not need a full systematic review. We help choose the synthesis method before the project is locked into the wrong format. |
Frequently asked questions
Is evidence synthesis the same as a systematic review?
No. A systematic review is one type of evidence synthesis. Some questions are better served by scoping, mapping or structured narrative approaches.
Can you help if screening has already started?
Yes. We can review the current stage, identify gaps in the method, and help organise the remaining work.
