What we collect

If you use the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your email address, and optionally your name, country, institution, a description of your study, and a deadline.

We also record where the visit came from — a referring site or a link parameter — so we know which pages produce enquiries.

Nothing else. There is no account, no login, and no tracking of you across other websites.

Analytics

We measure page views in aggregate using a cookieless analytics tool. It does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you. We can see that a page was visited; we cannot see that you visited it.

This is why the site has no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in our own database and read by us. It is sent through an email provider so that a notification reaches us and a confirmation reaches you.

We do not sell enquiry data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone who is not directly involved in answering you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are useful — an unanswered enquiry, an active project, or a record of work done. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it.
