Named standards rather than adjectives. Each one is a published guideline the work can be held against.
- Protocols registered on PROSPERO before screening begins.
- Systematic reviews reported to PRISMA 2020, including the flow diagram and full checklist.
- Certainty of evidence assessed with GRADE.
- Risk of bias assessed with RoB2 or Newcastle-Ottawa, as the design requires.

Reporting standards are met as a matter of course, not as an extra you ask for.
No guarantee of publication
We do not promise acceptance, a journal, or an impact factor. Anyone who does is selling something they cannot deliver. What we commit to is method, rigour, and staying with the manuscript through review.
